It seems to me that sleeping on top of Polly is a good way to keep potential evil-doers from even knowing she's there. I recommend a raise and a promotion.
Not a bad idea. After the dog, our second line of defense against baby-nappers is making Polly wear her hog-washers. No one's going to steal a tiny slack-jawed gawker.
Tell Mary Todd that Grandpa and Grandma Hornstra and Amy will be there soon. We will provide Polly with the needed security detail while the rest of you (including Mary Todd) relax, sleep, and maybe even get a night out. Will we also recieve our treats and belly rubs in advance?
