Okay, I have to complain. This is the second usage of "nonplussed" in less than three months. Nonplussed is definitely a once, perhaps twice a year emotion. Polly is not so flat as to be nonplussed all the time. I see her as more agrieved. Especially with all this ranging patter.

Your accusation is incorrect, and your use of the word in question is not accepted as standard usage.
